About the Opportunity
The Bulldog & Bell Motel & Restaurant is beginning an exciting new chapter as we take over a well-known local family restaurant.
While we’ll continue serving the traditional homemade breakfasts and lunches that the community has come to know and love, we’re also expanding our offerings.
Our vision includes introducing dinner service featuring premium seafood from our sister company, Northern Seafood Company, creating chef-inspired seasonal specials, and launching our signature Saturday Seafood Boils.
We’re looking for a chef who respects tradition while bringing fresh ideas to the table — someone who takes pride in quality, enjoys creating memorable dining experiences, and wants the opportunity to help shape our evolving menu.

Preferred Qualifications
- Food Handler Certification (required before starting employment, or willingness to obtain immediately).
- Previous experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
- Experience developing menus and managing food costs.
- Seafood preparation experience is considered a strong asset.
- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences while preserving the classic favourites our community knows and loves.
